Enhanced Engagement History for Account Engagement
Enhanced Engagement History for Pardot is a marketing insight solution for Pardot customers. The Partner Application allows a marketing team user to get a 360-degree view of a prospect's marketing engagement history from all Pardot Business Units (BUs) directly on the prospect's Salesforce record. They may also filter the engagement history to see a single BU at a time. The user sees this information via a Lightning Web Component (LWC) that can be added to the Lead, Contact, Person Account, or custom object page in Salesforce Lightning. The engagement history data is obtained by querying Pardot over the API, so it provides real-time information and does not store any information itself. Email content can be previewed from the LWC by clicking on them to get further details inside Salesforce.
