Salesforce Spring ’19 Release
Spring. It’s the season where it’s not quite time to turn the heating off yet or wear a t-shirt outside. It’s also the time when we ‘spring’ clean – which I don’t know about you, but in my house means getting behind all those big pieces of furniture, dusting the light fittings and cleaning the windows.
But Spring is also the season that brings about another Salesforce release, one bursting with new and exciting features. Continue reading “Salesforce Spring ’19 Release”
My Biggest Take Away From London’s Calling…..

I don’t know what’s going on?
Within any business the absence of a staff member, either planned or not, can be a concerning time. Which of their customers are they working with currently? What is their latest communication with them? What products and services have they promised, and by when? All the concerning questions which will run through any manager’s mind.
So as I approach my maternity leave I feel there is one fewer worry for my manager because all of the above I manage using Salesforce. My manager will be able to see exactly which customers I am working with, the latest emails communications and tasks I have logged as well as what I am meant to be billing next month!!!
So whether you are looking to mitigate the risk of an employee suddenly being absent, or like me having a planned break, the one thing which will certainly help with data sharing and communications is a CRM platform to log all the activity across your business. Just one of the many benefits which a CRM platform can offer.
With CRM software, this is a non-argument since every one of your employees will have access to the same customer data and therefore provide the same high level of customer service.
