- Account Engagement (Pardot) was used as the existing marketing automation platform, but users have found it complex, so they are not utilising its full potential.
- SIB enabled the included Marketing Cloud Growth edition; however, it did not have the in-house expertise to complete the technical setup or train the marketing users on the app.
