Social Investment Business (SIB) are a non-profit organisation that provides investment for charities and social enterprises. Social investment supports organisations across the country to change people’s lives, build fairer communities and create a more resilient society.

The Challenge

  • Account Engagement (Pardot) was used as the existing marketing automation platform, but users have found it complex, so they are not utilising its full potential.
  • SIB enabled the included Marketing Cloud Growth edition; however, it did not have the in-house expertise to complete the technical setup or train the marketing users on the app.

  • An audit of Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud setup validated what had been configured and areas requiring attention to meet SIB’s requirements. 
  • Design and delivery of newsletter signup process and email template for marketing use.
