Truline Systems, part of the SAS International group, is a British manufacturer of high quality fire rated products, partitioning, glass and timber doors backed up by independent fire and acoustic certification.

The Challenge

  • Heavy reliance on offline spreadsheets requiring extensive manual updates.
  • Spreadsheets were frequently outdated, leading to inaccuracies and delays.
  • Data was spread across multiple sources rather than being centralised.
  • Team productivity was impacted due to time spent searching for the right information.

The Solution

  • Implemented Sales Cloud with a simplified, mostly out-of-the-box sales process.
  • Enabled end-to-end Opportunity tracking to support accurate reporting and performance metrics.
  • Developed a custom integration between Salesforce and an external system to automatically sync customer information to eliminate the need for double entry.

The Impact

  • All users were successfully trained and onboarded ahead of go-live, enabling immediate adoption of Salesforce. 
  • Over 200 opportunities were created within the first 2 weeks of launch.
  • The customer was equipped to build their own Reports from day one, ensuring they could access key metrics without reliance on external support.
