With an impressive lineup of speakers, hands-on workshops, and networking opportunities, London’s Calling 2023 had something on offer for everyone.
Attendees from all over the globe joined the event at the Brewery in London to gain valuable insights, learn how to overcome common challenges and leverage Salesforce to achieve their business goals. The workshops also provided a platform for members of our team to connect with both members of the Salesforce community and our customers, to create meaningful connections.
Team Nebula Presenting At London’s Calling 2023
Two of our expert team members had the brilliant opportunity to present at London’s calling. Aidan Harding – Technology Director and Chris Taylor – Principal Salesforce Consultant (back for the 2nd year running!) took to the stage to share their knowledge and insights. Even our very own Mr Nebles got in on the action!
Aidan’s talk titled EVENT DRIVEN: DON’T FEAR THE ASYNC posed the question: When should we build event-based asynchronous systems? And how can we get them right?
In Chris’ presentation – LEADING WITH DATA: HOW CRM ANALYTICS CAN HELP YOU MAKE BETTER DECISIONS, he discussed building trust and leading with data. Chris explained how to transform decision-making, using the data you already have to identify patterns impacting your goals and how these insights can then be used to build actionable analytics with CRM Analytics and spot opportunities to change business behaviour.
Our Thoughts
Here’s what the team had to say about their highlights and what they learned from the day:
Migena, Marketing Automation Consultant
For me, it was my first time attending, and I really enjoyed every part of it. From meeting new and old faces to listening to some great sessions. I wanted to make the most of it and tried to attend as many sessions as I could. I learned a lot about Marketing Cloud and really enjoyed Wilson Gong’s session about Consent Management.
Chris Taylor, Principal Salesforce Consultant
I have been lucky enough to attend all 8 London’s Callings with the additional privilege of speaking at 3, including this year. What brings me back each year is the amazing content and the great conversations outside of the sessions. My highlight had to be attending “Moving Permissions Away From Profiles: A Scalable Approach” with Mike Reynolds. Not only was it a fantastic session, but I was able to have a great discussion with him afterwards.
Lauren Madley, Marketing Automation Delivery Consultant
Chris Ritchie, Senior Project Manager
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience at London’s Calling. The hospitality was top-notch! However, the pièce de résistance were the excellent presentations. I started with a CRM Analytics presentation that set a tough benchmark for subsequent presentations, which met my expectations and the options were extensive. Thank you London’s Calling for a fantastic event – see you again in 2024.
Ketan Panchal – Marketing Automation Consultant
This was my first London’s Calling and I had a really great time. The event was well organised and I found all the sessions I attended interesting and insightful. In fact, it was hard to decide between some sessions. I’m glad they’ll be made available to watch on demand. My highlight was seeing and hearing from people I’ve only ever seen on LinkedIn. I’m looking forward to London’s Calling 2024!
