Engaging with your prospects in real-time has just got a whole lot easier with the launch of Salesforce Account Engagement’s Engagement Studio today. The new interface enables you to build more sophisticated 1-to-1 customer journeys based on a number of insights for both prospects and customers. 

The most significant changes are to the interface itself, enabling users to build complex journeys on a single canvas with a combination of actions, triggers and rule-based logic. Now, as well as being able to target communications based on email interactions, you can also use form and landing page interactions, list and campaign membership, and prospect field data to trigger different nurture paths. The new testing functionality enables you to visualise and sense-check your different journeys.

With increasingly more complex buyer journeys emerging, Engagement Studio lends itself well to B2B marketers who want to hone in on more targeted 1-to-1 communications.
